Absolutely loved my experience. The interview was a one on one interview for float pool with manager of the department. Interview went very smoothly! Recommend researching Sharp ahead of time to understand mission and values
I had an interview at Sharp. It was a one-on-one interview with questions that seemed to be personality based. The interview was very casual and relaxed and I got a sense that I was a good fit for the position

The manager was super nice and made me feel comfortable during my interview the process it self did take long just because after you interview it takes like two weeks for them to call you back and after you get a call back it take another two weeks for them to make sure your references where good and you background check came out good as well

During the pandemic it was virtual interview. Sharp sent me an email of the link for the meeting. A day before the scheduled meeting. After my interview was done, they told me they were going to get back to me if I got the job or not. About two days later I got a week later I received an email indicating that I got the job.
