Applied at the end of October 2015 and a month later received an e-mail saying that they were interested in interviewing me. I replied to the e-mail right away and got an interview at the beginning of December. Interviewed with the unit manager and supervisor. The interview lasted for 30 minutes. They alternated questions.

If selected, you will be emailed to select an available interview date. Once there, there will be a panel of interviewers who made me feel comfortable, and asked the general questions like tell me about yourself, why should we hire you, etc
Was interviewed by 2 people, very casual and not much conversation. They seem to be scoring your answers while looking at your portfolio. Total was about 15 minutes, went by super fast.

It was a panel with unit managers, very welcoming. They asked questions back and forth from a pre-made list. Varying on topics relating working with others, prioritization, experiences, ethical dilemma.
