There was a Person with Lived Experience on the Interview panel, which was good.
The first interview was a telephone interview, and the 2nd and final interview the usual panel interview.

I got through the first round and on to this the 2nd interview stage. They asked detailed questions about MH theory as this was appropriate to the specialist role.
