Very straightforward, professional, and the staff makes a very comfortable environment. Multi-stage vetting process sitting before a panel. Each asked a few questions. They do their homework and come with background/employment questions, and questions relating to the kind of character you have, life goals, personal interests (who you are as a whole/outside of work).
