Overall process was ok and friendly. No difficult questions posed (just trying to understand my past experiences). I applied directly to the partner. Interviewed by 3 partners at the same time.
No technical test required. Interview conducted by Partners. Quick turnaround time for offer to be made by the firm. Bonus for those who can speak and write mandarin. Interviewers are nice and not intimidating.
