The interview was very casual. We met in one of the stores and talked about previous work history, life goals, availability and life. There was no pressure and the manager was very open about all of the job responsibilities along with the possibilities for advancements.

Describe a time when you were expected to do more than your work position required.
Slow comming. Took forever to call, made me really question if they were really wanting to hire someone or just wanted their people to be understaffed. Took 6 months before they even called to schedule the interview.
It was really simple and easy. Sat down with the manager and was mainly was asked questions about myself and my background. There was maybe 1 situational question that she asked.
I have over 10 years customer service experience and I got passed over other candidates who had less experience than me. They care little about your experience. Terrible company to interview with.
