The hiring manager and I went in the back office and talked. It was very casual, and they encouraged me to get a coffee or fountain drink while I waited to be interviewed. Most fun interview I ever had. The process itself took about an hour because the hiring manager and I kept cracking jokes.
Quick, semi-formal. Interview, drug test, start can happen within one week. I wore business casual. Answer honestly and listen well. They'll send you for a drug test and background check before training.

It was good. Easy, but productive questions that let them know how you hold yourself and more about you and your work ethic But they do hire you for fulltime and only give you part time hours

This interview was very easy. It was a typical interview for any fast food/gas station. I was told I had got the job before I even walked out of the door.
