I interviewed for a team member position in college. The process was simple, quick and to the point. Overall a positive experience. Management was great I transitioned into the role seamlessly.

Describe a time you faced a conflict and how you handled it.
I met with the manager and he asked normal type interview questions. It lasted about 30 minutes and he got back to me in a reasonable around of time. Be prepared to work in all areas of the store.
simple interview, just some behavioral questions and information, nothing difficult overall very simple and quick process and interviewer was a kind person and the interview itself was very casual and not too intense

Relaxed and about 15 minutes, asked questions about your schedule and availability, how you handle yourself, what role you think you would like most/least, how you've dealt with someone who was upset.
