You have to answer some questions about situations that best describe you, and also some questions about working at a company. Then, you have an on-demand interview where you're given 3 questions, and you have 2 minutes to answer each of them. They are typical interview questions,s like why do you want to work at Shell. This part was chill, especially because you can re-record as many times as you want.
The second part is a case study, which is quite tough. I recommend spending a lot of time on it.
Ze werken middels een online assessment waarvan het eerste gedeelte vooral gefocust is op persoonlijkheid, lijst met grofweg 100 vragen. Daarna een video opname waar je vragen zoals hier beneden beschreven staat mag beantwoorden
Straightforward, recorded video interviews and motivation letter. You have to complete the process within 1 week after applying for the position. There is also a situational and personality test. Afterwards, there is an interview.

One hirevue interview followed by a case study, which you must study beforehand and answer questions off of. There is not much besides that and it was pretty straightforward and simple in my opinion.
