First stage is online test then hirevue video interview where you record answers to questions. You have as much time as you want once you see the question and can re-record.

Colloquio
Online testing. Numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning, personality questionnaire and non-verbal reasoning (puzzle diagrams). Stuck to Shell's values especially honesty and recorded my answers to the tests. I got 100% on numerical, 100% on verbal, 88% on non-verbal and unknown on personality but answered honestly. Was not successful. My friend who also did the test but lied in the personality test saying he was amazing at every competency passed on got the next stage. Honesty evidently isn't valued.

You do the usual competency tests then you will proceed to do the video interview straight away, you have half a minute to prepare an answer for each. That is about how far I have managed to go, you will get a response approximately a day after you do the interview.
