I was an experienced hire into project management. I had to prepare a technical presentation and give to a group of project managers and leadership and respond to questions on the presentation. If was very cordial and was specific to the presentation. They were looking for technical capability and I felt I was evaluated based on my responses to their questions. I flew to New Orleans an spent the entire day, then flew back to Houston.

Most of the questions were about the content of my presentation.
The Shell interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers were friendly and made me feel comfortable while asking thoughtful questions that focused on both technical knowledge and personal experiences. The process gave me a clear understanding of Shell’s culture and values, and overall it was a positive and insightful experience.

The process is methodical and structured. I received the meeting invite about a week before the interview. The interview panel is warm and nice. I enjoyed the process. The panel makes you comfortable so you can answer the questions freely.

Pretty Straight forward and very much to the point. Multiple rounds, at the least 3 that I went through. Mostly person who could be your LM will do the interview.
