Full day individual and team interview
First interview was a face to face interview where data is gathered about the kind of experiences one has had as a student and also in previous jobs before this company. It is good to give examples of how one reacted in all these situations.
Second interview was a case study interview where a lot of reading material and data is presented to the candidate and expected to come up with solutions for the issues within the industry.
