Definitely one of the most challenging hiring processes. Also one of the longest hiring process ever. Be prepared to be tested on all aspects of Capability, Achievement, and R- forgot what the R stood for but make sure you have several personal experiences ready to demonstrate these 3 points in different situations.
Consisted of a job insights video interview assessment with a mixture of both competency and strength based questions. This takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. Involves the typical video interview questions such as “Why this company?” Or “why this role?”
