I submitted online application, it was successful and subsequently received two emails inviting me to take part in the 1st Stage of Online Assessments, comprising Part A. Cognitive Test (Verbal Reasoning, Numerical Reasoning & Abstract Reasoning), each session was timed maximum of 4mins. Part B. Working Style Assessment, this is not timed but has over 50 questions. Then the second email invited me to complete the Part C, which is On-Demand Video interview. It was the most interesting part of the interviews. The questions are not difficult but you just have to be in a right frame of mind and be natural.

1.aptitude test was done in am cat having both 1 mark on aptitude and technical based
2. Skype interview where they test behavioral questions and project and then some of the technical questions

The interview process was very standard. You can read various blogs about it. It has been the same phone interview followed by same line of behavioral questions as listed on other glassdoor reviews. Remember to answer questions using CAR method. Be prepared for a 1 hour long interview. Have your notes ready since it will be on telephone.
