twee telefonische interviews, met peers. Die volgende een vast stramien en zijn getraind op de procedure. Daarna een face to face onder toezicht van HR, met 3 potentiele lijnmanagers. Daarbij hoort een test casus en een presentatie van eigen ervaringen. Alles volgens een duidelijke procedure.

Interviewed by two engineers on my technical skill. One over the phone and one in person. I was advised of the role via a recruiter. The interview was in the shell offices in Aberdeen and was mainly of the technical expertise and also to see if I would fit into the team.
