Very laid back interview, more formal if anything. Like having a chat not very intense, taken in store, makes you feel very relaxed, last 5-10 minutes. Described the role, made sure you were okay with everything before continuing

Easy friendly process which made me feel comfortable. Comfortable environment and interview was informal. No difficult questions asked and mainly focused on prior experiences. Prepare achievements in SMART format. Show rounded experiences and how you deal under stressful scenarios.

Very easy and welcoming. Showed me around the store and also told me the rules and regulations and whag hours are expected for me, and what is expected in general.
The interview process consisted of various stages such as telephone interview , face to face interview and a final cal with the managing director. The final stage was a group interview consisting of various members from different fields.
