I applied online and was quickly offered an on-campus interview. The interview was behavioral but involved a little bit more critical thinking than most. I was then invited to a SRD event for two weeks later, which was no different. Lots of critical thinking and proving you can operate under abnormal conditions, but it was comfortable as you got to meet all of your assessors first. Overall a very positive experience.

The case study exercise provided a lot of difficult questions, but I cannot repeat them here for confidentiality.
Consisted of a job insights video interview assessment with a mixture of both competency and strength based questions. This takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. Involves the typical video interview questions such as “Why this company?” Or “why this role?”
