2 panelists started asking questions. Mostly some standard questions like your current job, why shell, why this job and stuff like that. Then they drilled a bit into market risk.

If you have a oil put option for 50 £ and oil is curretly at 50£. What will you be your expectation??
Interview process was fine. There were questions asked that were normal and some were technical, but manageable. Interview went fine and they took their time to decide and discuss and come back afterwards.
The interview process is very thorough and intense. Eye opening and made me see the excellence culture, which is very high. I enjoyed the interviewing process and would recommend everyone to apply.
