Interview with hiring manager and management consultant adjunct. Very overly scripted for senior hire 25+ years experience. Questions included those that would be asked of new graduate. Over reliance on 'process' over substance didn't instill confidence.

Inordinately long delay been application deadline and confirmation of interview. Sadly this has become common. Following a positive 1:1 interview with reassuring language incl. over the speed I’d hear back as well as the process I then heard nothing. 5 weeks and counting. Ghosted with no response - no rejection, no progression, no delaying. Unprofessional and discourteous to say the least.
