There are 2 stages . First round they will ask core project management questions. Second round they will do personality questions . Total interview is for 1 hr and 1 hr. Interviewers will take a note of your answers.

What is the most difficult thing you have done in your career explain?
The Shell interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers were friendly and made me feel comfortable while asking thoughtful questions that focused on both technical knowledge and personal experiences. The process gave me a clear understanding of Shell’s culture and values, and overall it was a positive and insightful experience.

The process is methodical and structured. I received the meeting invite about a week before the interview. The interview panel is warm and nice. I enjoyed the process. The panel makes you comfortable so you can answer the questions freely.

Pretty Straight forward and very much to the point. Multiple rounds, at the least 3 that I went through. Mostly person who could be your LM will do the interview.
