1) In-tray Test: You will be given some background info. Based on the info, you have to respond to fake emails accordingly. You really have to speed read.
2) Group Discussion
3) Self Reflection Interview: Self reflection about your performance during intray test and group discussion exercise.
4) Case Study: need to speed read and think from wider perspectives.
5) Competency Interview: typical competency interview. Tell me a time when you ......
I applied online through my university and recieved an email a few days later to fulfill an online video interview which consisted of several recordings and a screening assessment. A few weeks later I recieved a request for a video interview which consisted of a short case and a behavior with two senior leaders. The behavioral was standard and they simply asked provided a scenario for the case and gave some time to prepare a response. Within an hour after my interview I got a call saying I passed and the recruiter would match me with a role, but I never heard back after that.

The first stage is the online assessment where you have to answer 50 questions or so from 3 different categories of questions; verbal, math and abstract. you have an average of 14s to answer each question. Following which there is an untimed set of questions to gauge your personality
