Online personality test and online problem solving test which includes two parts: math and situation/ problem solving in oil and gas industry background. After that, they asked for a phone interview, mostly behavior questions, about one hour. The hiring was quick, they sent an offer next day morning by phone later in an official email. Great expiereience, interviewer was really nice and patient.

Self video screening interview and then only the select candidates move forward with actual interview. It seems very few are filtered through AI filtering. They tell you if you aren't selected within few days.
The first round is a general screening with two components. the first is multiple choice where you are put in plausible situations at work regarding following guidelines. Then there is a personality quiz, and finally 3 prerecorded interview questions with unlimited attempts
