First some exams to test your english proficiency and your capability of solving problems. Then a phone interview to ensure your capability of talking in english. Finishing with a competence interview, in english, lasting one hour, with a canadian. The interviewer accent was difficult to understand, so be prepared to understand. Whatch movies in english, be prepared for everything.

Self video screening interview and then only the select candidates move forward with actual interview. It seems very few are filtered through AI filtering. They tell you if you aren't selected within few days.
The first round is a general screening with two components. the first is multiple choice where you are put in plausible situations at work regarding following guidelines. Then there is a personality quiz, and finally 3 prerecorded interview questions with unlimited attempts
