Behavioral questions asked, it was pretty basic, and there were multiple rounds with virtual interviews done during covid. It was a good experience, and not too stressful! I would recommend other companies to do it like this. I feel like a learned about my skills during some of it and definitely of the values of the company.

Self video screening interview and then only the select candidates move forward with actual interview. It seems very few are filtered through AI filtering. They tell you if you aren't selected within few days.
The first round is a general screening with two components. the first is multiple choice where you are put in plausible situations at work regarding following guidelines. Then there is a personality quiz, and finally 3 prerecorded interview questions with unlimited attempts

They first took an assesment of my behavioural compatability and other such information, technical round is usually conducted later after the above assesment to see if you can fit in the company culture
