Screener discussed Shell pay and benefits - little to no 401k matching, but flexible work schedule. Set up technical interview for later, which was virtual (strange for Oil industry). Had virtual interview with original screener, hiring manager, and another technical person that it was clear they pulled in the last moment because they needed someone.
