I went through a two-step process. The first step was an initial talk with the hiring team. Just some basic discussions around what they were trying to achieve and a chance to introduce yourself etc. The second step was more involved, with 1 hour dedicated to HR questions and 1 hour dedicated to technical questions based on your resume. The technical questions were not difficult at all. Just a chance to sell your projects and discuss the technologies that you used, especially the ones applicable to their team.
