It takes a lot of time to hear back from them and the first round usually used to be a game based asssessment but now they are asking to do Virtual Job Tryouts

A case study is given and we are explained how we would react
Applied online and got an e-mail back right away confirming application. Had to fill out a basic questionnaire. Was emailed with another two assessments to do. Another questionnaire type assessment based on situation analysis. They a numeracy test which wouldn't have been too difficult but the time pressure was very tough.
