The interview process is straightforward, submission of a CV/ resume, filling in some questionnaires and making a self-introductory video. However, the feedback duration is almost 2 months. Can be really exhausting waiting for feedback on your application.

Great interview, interactive, interesting, inclusive. The HRs are professional and responsive. I finally secured an offer but I did not accept the offer eventually but I respect the company so much.
virtual job tryout and on-demand video interview as the first stage of assessment, hosted on the platform hirevue, after application via shell’s site. questions are asked on the site and you have to record your answer using a working electronic device and you get to record unlimited times for your response.

The interview includes situational and personality questions followed by an asynchronous interview with 3 questions. There is no limit in re-shooting your answers. You will be given 3 minutes to answer each question.
