First it was telephonic and then the candidate would be asked to take 3 rounds of interviews on a face-to-face basis. First round is based on a business case. They ask A LOT of questions based on scenario. After this, its a technical round which is based on the requirements of the job. Again LOTS of questions, need to give short answers. The interviewers will be noting down your responses all the time.
Requests good preparation and resilience during the long interview. Three to four people will join to assess you. You have to answer questions based on a case study and to present about your career, challenges, lessons learned etc.
