As this interview process occurred during COVID-19, it occurred over telephone and a final Zoom with numerous partners. Due to my years of experience it was focused on the type of work product I've been involved in and working on getting to know each other in a virtual environment.

It Was a phone call asking about experience and talking about minimums and requirements WFH/in-office time and expected billables with a Sr. Partner. Was hired without an in-person interview or a zoom interview. Minimal salary haggling.
