I had 5 interviews and finally got hired after 4 months. The first interview was over the phone with a recruiter, the second was a store visit, the third was with the city manager and the fourth is with the district manager. I had 5 interviews because they had me meet with the wrong city manager for the area I was interested in working at first. I had to go back and meet with the correct city manager for the fifth interview.

the interviewer didn't really care and was on the phone during the interview and made me wait over a month just to hear from them to schedule an interview. when I showed up the person didn't remember me and only asked me questions about personal life and not much about the job.

Was very easy and comfortable. You will be doing a phone interview asking basic customer service questions, in store interview with a store manager, and a video chat with the district store manager. If you’re calm and amicable there would be no way to not get hired.
