Spoke with HR recruiter and District Manager to set up an in person interview with him. One in person interview followed by a couple phone interviews by HR recruiter before being hired. Went through background check before being assigned to a store. Took a drug test after starting, very professional and business like.

the interviewer didn't really care and was on the phone during the interview and made me wait over a month just to hear from them to schedule an interview. when I showed up the person didn't remember me and only asked me questions about personal life and not much about the job.

Was very easy and comfortable. You will be doing a phone interview asking basic customer service questions, in store interview with a store manager, and a video chat with the district store manager. If you’re calm and amicable there would be no way to not get hired.
