I was initially contacted the week before Christmas by the recruitment specialist. She did a phone screening where she asked me a few questions based from my resume and then she proceeded to tell me a little bit about the company. After this, she told me that she would be getting back in contact with me once she found a store for me in my area to go visit. I didn't hear back from her until after Christmas and I was then able to go on my store tour. The store tour is more of a way for you to get to know the type of company Sherwin Williams is and what a day in the life is like. You get to sit down with management and pretty much interview them with a print out that you have to take, full of questions to ask them and also you can ask your own questions. After this you follow up with your recruiter and she will ask you a few questions about the store tour and she will follow up with the management team at the store to get their opinion about you and if its good you will move on to the final interview. My final interview was January 6th, it is a professional interview so make sure you dress to impress. **Make sure you arrive pretty early too because they love that** The interview was more of a comfortable conversation of the DM trying to get to know men. Basic interview questions and an overall great experience. I finally heard back from my recruiter the following Friday with an offer!! :)

Showed up 10 minutes before the interview time only to be told the manager I had my appointment with had gone out to lunch (10 AM). It was a training store so I imagine this manager has many people come through his store so after they told me to come back in an hour I simply went home and told the recruiter what happened. It was a huge red flag and I knew this was not the company for me.
