I received one phone interview that lasted about 15 minutes. The questions were all very simple and behavioral. The interviewer was interested in my knowledge about Sherwin Williams but didn't ask me anything in relation to finance. The interview was simple.

Easy, and straight forward. There was one hirevue, then you have to schedule a store visit, and then there was one interview with district manager on teams . Good communication during interview process with recruiter.

It was very informal and depends who you are interviewing with. Make sure to list all of things you will being to the team and the company. It was not bad.
