Firstly I was screened on the phone by the recruiter in a STAR competency format, then I had a similar Skype panel Q&A with background discussion, cultural fit and competency. All went very well and it was an expciting opportunity. This put me off before the final interview started. The interview was split in three steps. On site tour and Q&A, HR interview and Executive director level. On arrival for final Exec level interview, I heard one of the interviewers loudly state that they had to do another ____ interview. They were clearly wanting to be elsewhere.
