I submitted my application for the position online. About a month later, I received a call from a recruiter and she asked me a few basic questions and set up a phone interview for the next week. The phone interview was the most difficult of the 3 rounds of interviews. It consisted of about 5-6 behavioral questions mainly about leadership experience. She emailed me a few days later and set up a 2nd round interview with one of the store managers. That interview was very simple and included a tour of the store. I heard back about setting up a third round interview about a month later, and actually did the interview 2 months after that. That interview was 2-3 behavioral question and a lot of questions about career goals, etc. Received an offer 3-4 days later.

the interviewer didn't really care and was on the phone during the interview and made me wait over a month just to hear from them to schedule an interview. when I showed up the person didn't remember me and only asked me questions about personal life and not much about the job.

Was very easy and comfortable. You will be doing a phone interview asking basic customer service questions, in store interview with a store manager, and a video chat with the district store manager. If you’re calm and amicable there would be no way to not get hired.
