Initially I called the store closest to me ask if they were hiring, which they were and told me to apply online. After applying online I got called in for an interview about a week or two later. After the interview, which went really well (they told me I got the job) I didn't start working until 2 or 3 weeks later.

They interview everyone who applies but the manager doing the interview will act disinterested immediately and barely show you around if he doesn't click with you. The job itself seemed simple and something that changes day to day.
