The job required at least two years experience working in construction materials sales so make sure you know the minimum requirements.

Initially there was an email notification to schedule the phone screening with HR. Next round was a Teams meeting with a hiring manager and team member. Final round was a Teams meeting with the hiring manager and the department director. An offer was made a few days after.
It is a very easy process and they help guide you through the whole interview. They want to see how well you will fit into their program. It was a very good interview process.
