The interviewers were underdressed and unprepared for the interview. They seemed confused the entire time, and neither seemed to have basic people skills. It felt like a third person was missing from the interview because these guys simply weren’t prepared.

They didn’t really have any questions. They talked a lot and repeated themselves. It didn’t feel like an interview at all. It’s an entry level position, but these two guys seemed like it was their first day interviewing. I knew more facts about their company than they did, and at the end of the interview I asked them questions that seemed to blow their minds. I wasn’t impressed by them at all.
Very smooth process. Interview was a call with the recruiter and then went into the corporate office. From there, if I got selected I then went to the store I would be training at. I would learn the store and there processes on how the store runs and how to manage the POS system. Work with contractors, and be able to make products.

Meet with district manager go through questions prepping you for days at the store. If you are a good fit they will have a follow up interview or send you a detailed email packet with info.

There was an initial phone screening that was followed by a store visit, then in person interview. The in person interview is with the district manager where they ask questions about how your experience relates to the role. The store visit is basically just seeing how the store operates.
