Contacted by a recruiter who did the pre-screen. General questions asked and review of education, etc. Several days later I was contacted and asked to travel for a face to face interview. Met with my future boss and several other leaders. Given a tour of facility and met several employees during the tour. Efficient interviewing process and constatn contact through the recruiter and the SW recruiter.

The focus was on change management and organizational capability experience. There were not any difficult or unexpected questions throughout the process.

I applied and quickly received a request for a phone interview. The day of the interview, the interviewer called me later than scheduled with no apology or explanation, then proceeded to ask the same questions that were answered on the application. It didn't seem like my resume was reviewed at all prior to the interview. The remaining questions were HR questions and responsibilities, but none of them were mentioned in the job description. The interviewer didn't seem interested in doing the interview at all, which I guess is good for me because I saw it as a red flag. If your TA department isn't excited about working and representing your company, why should anyone want to work there?
