Well I had a good interview overall. The district manager I interviewed with was very down to earth. The peolple in the office were very nice and friendly. They asked me: What made me choose my school and major, What made me apply to Sherwin-Williams, How do I feel about relocating, Define customer service, and to give an example of customer service. the interviewer didn't really care and was on the phone during the interview and made me wait over a month just to hear from them to schedule an interview. when I showed up the person didn't remember me and only asked me questions about personal life and not much about the job.

Was very easy and comfortable. You will be doing a phone interview asking basic customer service questions, in store interview with a store manager, and a video chat with the district store manager. If you’re calm and amicable there would be no way to not get hired.
