Unorganized and unnecessarily long. The process is not difficult but takes almost a full month before getting a response if you're hired or not. You start with a over the phone interview, then a week later, you'll get a possible invite to meet with a training store manager somewhere in your area (could be 10-120 minutes away). Then another week goes by and you have to wait to interview with the district managers, then finally after 1-2 weeks you will get a decision after calling over and over again to follow up

What is an impact you've had on others or around you or specifically in your workplace/school
Very smooth process. Interview was a call with the recruiter and then went into the corporate office. From there, if I got selected I then went to the store I would be training at. I would learn the store and there processes on how the store runs and how to manage the POS system. Work with contractors, and be able to make products.

There was an initial phone screening that was followed by a store visit, then in person interview. The in person interview is with the district manager where they ask questions about how your experience relates to the role. The store visit is basically just seeing how the store operates.
