Had a Skype interview, shortly after I did an in-store visit and it took about two weeks for me to be flown out to Atlanta for my final interviews.I interviewed with 4 people in headquarters including the DM, they were extremely friendly and the interviews were very conversational and even fun.

the interviewer didn't really care and was on the phone during the interview and made me wait over a month just to hear from them to schedule an interview. when I showed up the person didn't remember me and only asked me questions about personal life and not much about the job.

Was very easy and comfortable. You will be doing a phone interview asking basic customer service questions, in store interview with a store manager, and a video chat with the district store manager. If you’re calm and amicable there would be no way to not get hired.
