The first step in the interview process is a phone interview with a HR recruiter. Based on that they will pass you on to an interview with the city and district managers. Both interviews were relatively laid back and the questions were mostly related to my resume. I was not asked any behavioral or situational questions.
Overall everyone was helpful and courteous, but it seemed like they already had someone else in mind that they wanted to hire and were just interviewing me as a courtesy.

the interviewer didn't really care and was on the phone during the interview and made me wait over a month just to hear from them to schedule an interview. when I showed up the person didn't remember me and only asked me questions about personal life and not much about the job.

Was very easy and comfortable. You will be doing a phone interview asking basic customer service questions, in store interview with a store manager, and a video chat with the district store manager. If you’re calm and amicable there would be no way to not get hired.
