Online interview questions. Very easy to submit or reshoot video of questions answered. There was a sufficient amount of time given to respond. There were also videos prior to each question to outline what was expected from the applicant.

first they give you a one way interview online, and they give you a series of questions. Then you attend an in person interview after they have chosen you in the next phase.
