this lady at my current job always talked about how rich how husband was. so I was curious to find out where he works at. she then told me SW. same day I went home and applied to 15 positions that I had the requirements for. 2 days later I had emails telling me the same bs over and over that I don't qualify for these jobs. so I moved on with my life until one day a recruiter called me. she said she likes my resume and would like to speak to me if I have the time. we spoke for few mins and she asked me basic questions about me resume. after the "quick talk" she said I will hear from her again. she called back after 6 days and went into details about the description of the job and asked if im interested, I then said yes and made an appointment to go for a store visit/interview.
I went to store for my interview 30 mins before time looking all nice, whiles I was waiting around, I walked around the store acting like im busy reading the products and fixing the shelves. after my long wait, the assistant manager came out and told me she will be interviewing me because the store manager had to leave early. she was very nice and helpful. we went over the store visit questions and then started talking about personal career experiences. she was really young so she could understand how bad I needed the job too since we were the same age.
I came back and called the recruiter, told her how the interview went and she said she spoke to the manager already and had good things to say about me, so im on to the nest round of interview. now this was the scary part. I was scared to meet the DM because based on the review I read from GLASSDOOR most people didn't make it pass the DM. I went In very prepared and ready for any question. luckily/unluckily for me the DM I was suppose to interview with wasn't there but instead his boss. he approached me nicely and told me he's going to interview me instead. we had a nice conversation about how knew about this position. in general he was very nice and laid back whiles the interview lasted for about 45 mins.
I HAD A CALL BY THE RECRUITER THE NEXT DAY TO ACCEPT THE JOB OFFER IF I STILL WANT IT, BECAUSE I DID GREAT. HONESTLY IDK HOW TO EXPLAIN THE FEELING BECAUSE IT WAS A DREAM COME THROUGH. I WAS ABLE TO DO IT BY GOD BEING ON MY SIDE SO PRAY BEFORE YOU FOR THIS INTERVIEW AND YOU WILL BE FINE BECAUSE MY PATH TO SW WAS VERY SMOOTH AND EASY.

Multiple interviews one with a recruiter and one with a city manager but mostly questions about yourself, more general and background questions with a few personal experience questions. Overall a seamless process.

the interviewer didn't really care and was on the phone during the interview and made me wait over a month just to hear from them to schedule an interview. when I showed up the person didn't remember me and only asked me questions about personal life and not much about the job.

Was very easy and comfortable. You will be doing a phone interview asking basic customer service questions, in store interview with a store manager, and a video chat with the district store manager. If you’re calm and amicable there would be no way to not get hired.
