Standard questions, great demeanor, overall positive experience. I was asked specific questions involving personality, accomplishments, ect. Come prepared with examples. I recommend having at least five different personal examples that can speak to your character.
A phone screening process then an interview with HR and direct supervisor. Phone interview has some basic STAR questions followed by a deeper dive into your resume during the second interview.

The company was at the college career fair and I gave the resume at the booth. The company immediately reached out to have an interview in person. I had an In person interview within the same day.

A 15 minute screening interview flow by a 45 minute interview. Second interview was with engineers in the company. It was a regular interview though scheduling it was a long and tedious mess.
