Not difficult, as I was prepared and experienced for the role. Everyone seemed welcoming and the hiring process was very quick. Overall it was worth it at the time, the panel has about 4 cross functional managers.
Initial Screening process ask about your experience, then you will receive an email invitation for a virtual Hiring manager inteview if you get selected you should attend an on-site interview, and next offer

Phone interview and Onsite. phone interview was to review the overall profile which they asked about my resume and skills. Onsite interview was scenario type where typical questions was asked.

1st round was a phone call. I received a call after applying in one of the job site. I was scheduled for an phone interview which was about one hour. The interview went good. Questions were all about my resume and my experience. Nothing technical here. In two days time I was asked for an one one interview. the interview was conducted by a panel of 5. The questions was all typical management and scenario based. after interview they took me for plant overview. I was informed a week later that they moved on with another candidate.
