I apply on Sherwin Williams website, few days later a recruiter contacted me through email to schedule a phone interview. After the phone interview she told me that she would like to move forward. She sent me an email to contact the store manager and schedule a day and time to visit the store. During the store visit, he talk all good things about the company ans ask me couple of questions. I did the store visit today Wednesday and I am now waiting for the recruiter to follow up with me and schedule an interview with the district manager. I pray that I get the job because with God all things are possible.

Multiple interviews one with a recruiter and one with a city manager but mostly questions about yourself, more general and background questions with a few personal experience questions. Overall a seamless process.
