I received a voicemail from the company saying they were interested in setting up an interview. I called back and kept playing phone tag with the guy. When I actually reached him he did a phone interview while he was driving in his car without any of my information. He then told me he would set up a 1:1 interview with the regional manager. I didn't hear back from him so I called again and once again had to leave a voicemail. The next day I got a call to set up the 1:1. I had to drive 3 hours for the 1:1 interview. During the interview the manager didn't ask me a single question (thank god I came with my own questions to ask), and then told me i'd hear from him in 3-4 weeks. Overall the 1:1 was about 20 minutes and a complete waste of time!

Through and fair. Went over past experiences and relevant positions held. Also went over schooling and education plus related skills learned there as well. Also discussed soft skills possessed that would assist with the transition into the positions.

Great process and fast feedback. Started with a phone interview and then an in store tour before having a one on one interview. Based around customer service experience and working with coworkers to resolve problems.

Applied online. Waited almost a month and got contacted by a recruiter, who then scheduled an interview for a week later. That went well and then I scheduled a store visit, but that took a week because the store manager was on vacation. After that, I followed up with the recruiter, who then scheduled me for an interview with the district manager about 3 weeks later. I showed up to the interview, dressed well, spoke well, and holding relevant experience. The interview lasted about 45 minutes and the entire time the manager felt disinterested and distracted. At the end of the interview he followed by saying there are a lot of applicants and he would make his decision within 3 weeks.
